Terms of Service

Users shall not perform any activity that (i) is unlawful including without limitation any violation of any then-current export or import laws or regulations of the United States or such other governments as are applicable to any software, application services or Saba Technology that Customer may receive from Saba; (ii) is harmful to or interferes with any use of the Subscription Services, or the network, systems and/or facilities ("Infrastructure") of Saba or the Infrastructure of any other provider; (iii) results in the storage, processing, publication or transmission of threatening, infringing or offensive material, or constitutes Spam/E-mail/Usenet abuse, a security risk or a violation of any party's privacy, intellectual property or other rights; (iv) constitutes unlawful collection, use, processing or transmission of personal data; or (v) is intended to circumvent the security measures of Saba or any third party. If a user becomes aware of any breach of the foregoing, user will notify HUIT immediately. In the event of a breach or suspected breach of the any of the foregoing prohibitions, Saba reserves the right to suspend Services, if reasonably necessary to prevent harm to Saba, Customer, other customers, and/or Saba's partners, vendors and suppliers with such notice as may be reasonable in the context of the prospective harm.
